I hope we will all be enjoying a nice, mild spring very soon. Maybe make a little lace in the open air.
At the Christmas party we installed our officer positions for 2023-2024:

I know that we all appreciate these volunteers for keeping our organization running smoothly.
Don’t forget to be keeping track of your volunteer hours so that you can report them to Debbie to report to IOLI. There is a summary of volunteer hour information in the directory.
Debbie is preparing to send our music notes for the 2024 convention to Nashville. If you have any you would like her to send please let her know.
We have applied to host the 2025 IOLI convention. There will be much more to follow about this grand endeavor soon.

We lost Opal earlier this year. She will be missed greatly but remembered always.
Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Dates
Ingredients
Dates (pitted)
6 oz. Goat Cheese
Center Cut Bacon
Fresh Honey
Instructions
Open up dates and stuff with
goat cheese.
Wrap with bacon,cut in half, and secure with a toothpick.
Place these in the refrigerator to chill.
Place on greased cookie sheet and drizzle with honey.
Cook at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until bacon is browned and crispy.

Arthiss has completed an update on our library. All duplicates have been sold. Thanks again for the donations from Pat Kuhler and Opal McCleary.
